I can really recommend this place. The Sauna is always clean and the cold water pool is awesome as well! However, the food is just average.

I thought the food was good,not exceptional but tasty and well prepared,why go to a sauna for a food experience?Saying that I've ate at a few Thai restaurants that have resembled Saunas.

Seriously thinking of staying in Jomtien next trip to be near the Sauna.

I tried this place today and I can really say that it was awesome.

The admission fee is only 200 baths and if you are a first time customer they give you clear instructions about the facilities. Towels, ice-water and a wristband with a key for your clothes-locker are provided complimentary.

I took a shower and began with the cold pool, followed by the sauna, the very cold pool and the steam room. It was amazing. Massages are also available for a nominal fee of 200 baths. I did a one hour of hands on service and feel great afterwards.

Staff is polite, place is very clean and well managed. It doesn`t get any better than this :)
