does vonage vphone works in thailand ?

in the US, you can use it on any wifi hotspots to call. would like to know if it is working in thailand (or blocked?)

the other thing to look into is if there are any local Voice over IP services

 

i saw an interesting article,

 

you buy cell phones where you can call the other cell-phone for free (fave 5 or whatever)

 

you hook up one cell phone to a VOIP redirection box, and presto, you can make free calls from anywhere, to anywhere

i have one that i brought from the states, and while haven't tried it here in Pattaya yet since i only just arrived, i can say that it did not work at all in Patong, on the same connection that my actual Vonage router (also brought in from the states) works fine on... surprised me actually that it didn't work considering the regular router is working fine...

You sure can use vonage anywhere in the world, I personally tested in few countries and works flawless
