Agreed Mongo, the Immigration will be mobbed on the Tuesday because they are off on the Monday for the Buddhist holiday

Have spoken to the Immigration today if your visa finishes over the weekend, because they are closed on Monday you will be ok to clear on Tuesday,

 

In past experience preempt a situation and clear your visa business before the weekend comes, we all know about offices and mind changes

have just been today and i'm sure the sign on the door said it was closed 22nd & 23rd.

was also very quiet, 90 day reporting i was straight in and out, but hardly any queue for the extensions either

Went this morning 9H30 , what a dream !!

Nobody inside, for my extension they gave me number 25 and it was already number 24

wait just 30 sec, 2 minutes with the officer then  3 minutes for the passeport and outside in 5 minutes

well in fact 5 min 30 sec ;)

I dont see the sign but Robert, who work at the immigration, say to me, it's open the 23 but it was last week, maybe different now

My 90 day report date was the 21st a Sunday, I dont like going on a Friday cause usually very busy.

 

I went on Wed 17th and have never seen it so quiet. I was in and out in 2 minutes(I always have forms filled in and photocopies before I go). There were only 10 other customers sitting waiting for Visa extensions etc.

You are correct mate they are closed on 22nd and 23rd as per picture, Thais do like their holidays,

I noticed yesterday that the post office down the road from immigration is closed for the 2 days as well. I imagine that the one in Pattaya is also closed.

Where exactly is the office. i need to go for an extension before the 30th
