Reasonable and Clean Guest House Rooms

I am heading to Pattaya in January. I will be staying at somewhere similar to Page 10 or Tims Boutique but I have a friend coming who is more on a budget.  I would appreciate some recommendations for some decent clean guest houses under 1,000 baht per night close to where I will be staying. I know of a few places in LK Metro but I am worried that area might be a little too loud for him.  Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Captains Bar, Soi Honey. Soi Honey is directly opposite the soi that PAGE 10 is on. 600 bhat per night. About a 5 minute walk to page 10. Its very very clean and the food is great and its also in a great location.

I will put my vote towards http://www.canterburytalescafe.com/ it is very close to the action but you are able to get a good nights sleep there as it is very peaceful. I think most of his rooms are about the 600 mark, so plenty of room there for your friend to be happy!

 

 I have stayed here for both of my trips and find the location ideal, the rooms have everything you need in them and are of a good standard, all the services you need are within two minutes of your room (laundry,7-11,money exchange) and I know I am staying there for the foreseeable future during my trips!

Butchers arms soi buakhao,and its fairly near soi LK metro.i`ve banged on about this place in the past but I do rate the place,lovely and clean rooms priced at 650-850 baht.

Intown holiday in Soi honey is close to you and is about 6 or 7 hundred low season. A bit dated now but cleaned daily and wicked pool on top floor.

Soi linkee is a sure bet most rooms for 600 baht can't go wrong around a lot of action clean rooms also

I've stayed in both the deluxe and Jacuzzi rooms at China garden and both were excellent, I'm already booked in again for my August trip.
