Featured Replies

Ok so this is my second trip to Los and like last trip im booked at View Talay 6 for the first half of my ten day stay and Was going to book the last half with the Vault but for some reason im not getting a response back from Mike SOo im looking to find a Nice hotel, not a cheap hotel, thats fairly close to walking street (within walking distance) NOT in boyztown, im not a homophobe but prefer not to stay in that area. Price isnt so much an issue but having creature comforts that im use to here in the states IS an issue.. Ive done extensive research on this site and agoda and other sites but Id like to get some recomondations from fellow mongers... Im booked for November this year.. Thanks ahead for any responses and for taking the time to read my post... If your in towm when i am lets grab a san mig---

LK Empress on beach road should suit you fine. Close to WS & is pretty loaded.

yea lk empress is on my top 5.. thanks for the response... only thing about the empress is the decor.. i like something more modern really..although the bathrooms look nice

Going by those parameters, why not just go into the Marriott?

yea thanks for the suggestions guys.. Aya seems to be a good location and marriot is not to far off either.. Was looking at baywalk residence as the location looks really nice but for 200 usd for a beach front jacuzzi suite (are these the only rooms with a beach front view?) may as well go to the marriot for a nicer place at a cheaper price although a few minutes more walk.. I dont know now im thinkin just ruff it(lol jk) & stay RIGHT on WS at the jasmine or the grand...

Windy inn, rooms with seaview is certainly the bes choice right on WS

Im already booked for view talay 6 for the first half of my stay through dancewatchers. My wingman for those days wants aa place with a pool in a central location.. Stayed there last year and i liked it.. no problems and i found it to be exgremely conveinant in getting to where i wanted to go and the room was really nice nd so was the dancewatchers staff...... But the last half when he leaves for vietnam I would like to stay at the vault again.. If i didnt stay at the vault last year my trip wouldnt of been as fun. I travelled solo and when i got to the vault i met some really cool folks whom im in contacf with to this day. We partied every night and went out around the town.. They were pattaya veterans and showed me the ropes and also the advice i got from Mike was pretty priceless.. So yes the Vault may be a little more pricier but you get beyond what you pay for and if you want just a standard room the prices are actually on par with most of the other standard rooms you can get around town, the pricier rooms Have stripper poles, seperate bedrooms, jacuzzis and computers so really if you think about it the price you pay is quite fair imo.. BUT mike hasnt got back to me... Mike if you're readin this get at me! lol...

Marriott Pattaya. First rate. Never any worries with this place. If your a platinum member then they will treat you very well. I never consider any other place when I'm in town.

Have you had any luck with getting upgrades here based on your Marriott status?  I will be back staying there next month, staying at the Marriott again, but I am generally have more experience with Hilton properties.
