Air con service

My landlord has no interest in servicing my air con units can anyone recommend a good enigineer to clean and stop all the rattles that keep me awake

i know an expert ,Den and his team if you want, he install all my air con in my house, and also take care to install it in all new business from my friends in pattaya.

not expensive, you can order with him the air con, and he can do all you need, install , fix, clean, gaz ect.

I just had 2 new aircon installed by these guys, very good service and good work, and on time.

They also do service and all other things with A/C, also used them to move an A/C unit I had.

Will use them for servicing my A/C in the future.

Used someone els before to clean my A/C, they did good work, but it was Thai time. Say they will be at that time and not show up, then call and say tomorrow, and then agian tomorrow. I hate that.

Probably a little more expensive than some; but on time and stand behind work is Num Chai.  Service department is behind the main store, at backside of parking lot.   They are on Sukumvit on the East side road, just South of Soi Siam Country club.   Easy to see, as the store always has sale signs and stuff outside. 

 

Used them for four years now and always on time, clean up after themselves.   Head tech has always spoken a little English, and office workers where you make appointments also speak ok English. 

 

The reason I mention location of service department, is each time I make appointment I make them map of house location and visit them.   They check calendar and have never cancel on me.   Also, once needed in hurry when AC in bedroom stopped; they come in 1 hour after I visit them.  

 

Of course with everything Thailand, YMMV.

I dont trust any Thai tradesmen and use the term very loosly but had to spend over 100,000 tbh on new building for three aircon units. Called 8 people listed in forums and on internet received a call from one and still waiting 6 months for him to come. Had a guy recommended who came out within an hour but due to my suspicions gave him the biggest part of the job. Paid him when he asked for money as well as the "extras" costs ????? then gave him the second part of the job as basically he was the only contender. As soon as I had paid him for the second job things started to fall apart from the first installation but kept giving me the come tomorrow bit. Then the second installation started falling apart but wouldnt answer calls (recognised the number I suppose) so used another phone got instant answer but when I said who I was gave the come tomorrow bit. Have since had everything fixed by another guy very expensive but no troubles. Why is there no guarantees in Thailand is it because there are no qualified tradesmen working. Does anyone know is there any Government Agency to complain about as in western countries. If we all kept 20% off payment maybe we would get a quality job done but they all lose interest once paid.

Didn't have any problem with the firm I used recently, paid a deposit when ordered A/C's and the bill was paid when all was installed and checked. Link is in my reply over here. (Bought 2 Daikin).

 

Used another company for my house, also there I didn't have any problem. Thats abour 2-3 years ago, and the 4 A/C I had installe then, havent been any problems with. (4 Mitshubishi)
