It's a theoretical possibillity, there are no known cases in medical research.

The estimated per-act risk for acquiring HIV from unprotected insertive or receptive oral sex with a partner confirmed to be HIV positive is 0.5 and 1 per 10,000 exposures respectively.

The odds are you are safe, how likely is it that that LB had HIV? Get checked in about four months just to put you mind at ease.

Could you post the source of the information?

The first paragraph was a cut and paste. You can copy most any section of the paragraph and do a GOOGLE (I use Dogpile.com). The second paragraph was my interpretation of what the web sites indicate.

www.thebody.com/h/can-i-contract-acute-HIV-infection-from-receiving-insertive-oral-sex.html

this is one place that mentions the odds for oral sex. The search engines will get you many places that mention the 0.5 to 10,000 ratio. I did not get this number from out of the air.

All this talk of sucking inappropriate cock reminds me of this Metallica song:

<object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="

name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="
type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object>

Peace. :GoldenSmile1:

Sorry to inform you but you sucked off a guy, not a girl.

Pretty soon, you'll be having intense interest in gladiator movie, and listening to Barbara Streisand and Barry Manilow. You'll also probably start having fatansies of biting pillows.

In answer to your question, YES you can.

BULLSHIT!!!

The transmission rate you are 'quoting' is for female to male transmission during penetrative sex. Unless there is blood to blood transmission during oral sex, for example through an open wound / sore on or inside the mouth, then the risk is negligible. All viruses are broken down by the gut, as one scientist famously proved when he ingested the 'cancer virus'. Diabetics have to inject Insulin for this very reason.

I wasn't suggesting that you were ;) :D

Just wondered how strong the medical evidence was. The information seems geniuine, however on the internet docters rarely put the research link with it.

Answer to the title no, but the other way round (you suck) then very unlikely still but possible that it was the specialist told me at the local clinic in the UK.

There is definately a chance 1 : 2500 based on current medical consensus. There are a number of reported cases of HIV being transmitted to a person giving a blowjob.

:Fuck_Dog:its all in the role of the dice.

Its a gamble so take your chances and if you get hiv then you have hit the jackpot of all STD'S.
