Ive been to patts 7 times in the last 2 years and realised before last trip Im always feelin a little flat due to stomach bugs, lack of sleep and general worn outness. All this changed last trip thanks to my little friend Hydroxycut.

They've banned them in oz but there are similar things available on eBay, I take Oxy elite pro when I'm over there. Preworkout supplement, definitely does the job

Besides weight loss, These things are just great for power to party.. I understand about the jitters thats why i only take 1 at a time.. sometimes if im about to sleep i double dump.. Essentially forget weight loss although you do lose ur appetite.. but to party all night they are winners

 

I hang out at Tim bar alot and the girl out the front lives in the same buidling as my TGF. She tells me she works 8to 5 and sleeps as soon as she gets home. I will look into getting these now first for the weight loss and energy benifits whilst I wait the 45 more days until the next trip and then when I get there to give me that perk that you need sometimes in Pattaya.

Dont forget, these and similar products are supposed to be a pre-workout supplement, designed to give you the extra energy you need to burn through a big workout.

I hate to say it, but amphetamines and ephedrine's give you brain damage, while the so called PE's are poorly absorbed. Anyway use sparingly, and more so if you are over 40 and overweight. I'm not a university student anymore - the young 20 somethings doing exam cramming may get away with it.
