There are some that only employ words for the purpose of disguising their thoughts.

Wonderful sport's capture. Silva is already 'gone'. Just look at his eyes! This sort of shot is one of the things that so enthrals me about photography. A  moment in time, frozen for eternity. A camera can be looked upon as a form of time machine, in my view.

There was a programme about the American Civil War on UK TV the other night. Some really poignant scenes, all shot with huge cameras on 5 X 4” glass negative plates. So many young lives wasted. Quite disturbing. All when photography was in its' infancy.

It was bound to happen.  The last fighter Silva took seriously was Belfort.  Stick your chin out like the way he did, eventually one out of the 100 punches coming your way will connect.  I'm more interested in his reasons to why he choose to fight the way he does.  It's almost like he don't give a fuck:  homeboy was gonna get paid handsomely anyways win or lose.

In the rematch if Silva is in shape and means business, Weidman is getting destroyed.

That is an awesome photo!

I love the blank look on his face and it looks like the mouthguard is about to go flying.
