Korean Cultural Centre opens

The three-storey Korean Cultural Centre officially opened today on Sukhumvit Soi 12 in Bangkok. It is the 25th such centre in the world and the fourth in Southeast Asia, following Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines.

... just FYI ... I think the reported location is incorrect ... I believe this new Korean Cultural Centre is actually located on Sukhumvit Road, directly across from Soi 12, where the Korean retail complex is located ... it is in the space where Ethan Allen Furniture was formerly located ... there is a pedestrian bridge crossing Sukhumvit immediately in front of it.

 

... a Korean-style coffee shop is currently under construction in the space where Jaspal Home Furnishings was formerly located, and immediately adjoining the Korean Cultural Centre ... (serving coffee with a side of kimchi ... yummers).
