Arrested Stepfather Raped His Own Stepdaughter For 6 Years

The Police Department of Children and Women Protection Division arrested a elder man that used a gun to rape his stepdaughter since she was 8 years old.

BANGKOK – June 29,2013 [PDN]; at 3:00 pmPol.Col. Naphanwuth Liamsa-nguan along with Superintendent,Pol.Lt.Col. Samrerng Songseang and Deputy Superintendent,Pol.LtCol.Nakrit Boonsak reported that they had arrested a Mr. Chairat,aged 68.The defendant according to the arrest warrant of Talingchan Provincial Court at 518/2556 was charged with rape of a minor.The girl that had been raped was not over the age of 13.Also charged with having sex with a girl of age 15 with no consent from the mother.Pol.Col. Naphanwuth revealed that he was notified from The Paweena Hongsakul Foundation for children and women that Mrs.A(alias) had brought girl B(alias) into the foundation.

She reported that her daughter needed assistance.She had found out that her daughter had been raped countinuously for 6 years by Mr.Chairat at gun point.She also reported that Mr Chairat is her stepfather.The officers soon after rushed to arrest the defendant at his house in Bangkoknoi. Where the defendant confessed to raping his own stepdaughter.The officers also located the gun that was used to threaten the young girl during the crime.Mr Chairat will now be prosecuted according to the law. The case continues.

One assumes that many of the male inmates in Thai jails have children of their own like the west.  This slime should reveive a warm welcome.

Not for foreigners it doesn't. To get around foreigners claiming that no prostitution was involved the police and courts assume that it was no matter what occurred. I guess there may be some circumstances where this may not be the case but it wouldn't be something that you would want to push the boundaries on.

Do pedos get the same treatment in Thai prisons like they do in the USA? I've never heard much about them in jail. 

One thing I don't like about the news we recive from the local outlets is there is no follow-up, sure some farang gets arrested for drugs, being a pedo, scaming money, etc but we almost never hear what the final sentence/outcome was, 1 year? 5 years? life?  Why is that?

True but if he shows up anywhere near where people know the girl who is now 20 it probably will. No-one will care or investigate too much either.

Never been able to understand the attraction..or I guess sickness.. that posses men like this.  Obviously it isn't culture related, as it occurs worldwide.  Must be something in the geno of men that gets crossed wire along the way or something. 

 

Maybe there needs to be a prison island where all men convicted of being a pedophile are sent to live out life together.   No women, and certainly no children.

I think, but that's just a thought, that this kind of news is brought to us by reporters who work with the police.

If we'd like to know how things evolve in court, reporters have to go to court and maybe they aren't welcome there. 

 

Just in a few cases an outcome of a court case will be published.
