I also have bank account in Thailand with internet bank, easy and the best way to send down.

you can use uk forex last time i sent they charged £7,they give you a better rate than uk banks.another way is send from your uk bank to thailand in sterling and let the thai bank convert it to baht but the charges are higher than forex,the thai bank also charges 500bht to recieve how ever you send it.any other ideas guys.when i go for hols i take cash exchange it there then bank it cuts out the middle man.
