Corner Beach Road and Soi. 10

Can some please advise on the corner site, as a new hotel was being built in February 2013 on the corner site. I always stay at sea me spring hotel in soi 10. I would to know how many floors this hotel will have. I have just booked a holiday for late feb 2014. Any updates will do. Cheers

Will be SC Palace, but open in few months

Apparently it will be two buildings with one a 5 storey and the other an 8 storey building.

I stayed on the other said of the Soi 10 last holiday and had construction on both sides of me including the building of this new hotel. 

It was really noise especially in the mornings when you would crawl into bed and just want to sleep for 4 hours or so. 

I hope they finish these soon as it was a great location to stay besides all the noise of course.
