A ladyboy or transexual from Pattaya was reported to have stolen possessions from two individuals that were tourists. An iPhone 5 and 5,000 THB cash money, respectively was stolen from a Saudi Arabian and South Korea tourist.

PATTAYA – June 27, 2013 [PDN]; Police Captain Yongyuth Warnneua of Pattaya police station was informed by a foreigner that his possession was stolen from a transexual thief. After receiving the report, police rushed out to investigate.

When police arrived at Royal Garden Plaza, the place where 30 year-old Mr. Mobarak Al Harbi was tricked or plundered at. He told the police that a thief that was a transexual had stolen his iPhone 5. He then went out with the police in order to identify and catch the thief. Not long after looking out for the thief, police found 27 year-old Mr. Rathhawadee Kaewtep. He was found at the old boat pier in South Pattaya, police then went ahead to search and inspect Mr. Rathhawadee.

After searching Mr. Rathhawadee, police found a wallet that was believed to belong to a Korean tourist, as his ID cards indicate so. He claimed that he didn’t stole the wallet, but that his friend who was also a thief gave it to him. Police then ordered Mr. Rathawadee to bring the police to his friend’s house, who was later identified as 21 year-old Mr. Plakad Somjan. Police also tried to find 29 year-old Mr. Jun Ho-oh, the owner of the stolen wallet.

Upon finding Mr. Jun Ho-oh, he insisted that the wallet was indeed his, but he said that 5,000 THB cash money was missing. After further questioning Mr. Rathhawadee confessed that he did steal possessions from unknowing tourists together with Mr. Plakad. But Mr. Plakad denied all accusations.

After wrapping up the investigation, police then wrote a report in their files. The two transexuals are now in police custody at Banglamung police station where they’ll further charged by police officers.
