The Finance Ministry cut its 2013 growth forecast to 4 per cent to 5 per cent, Somchai Sujjapongse, director-general of the Fiscal Policy Office.

4 still a lot better than near zero we have in the uk,and very little signs of recovery no matter what bullshit the pm etc spout
