62 Year – Old Swiss Arrested After Raping 2 Under – Age Children

Police officers were able to a man from Switzerland who was reported to have raped two 12 year-old boys.

PATTAYA – June 25, 2013 [PDN]; At 09.30 PM, Police Lt. Colonel Aomsin Sukkarnka, Vice director of the CWPC (Children Women Family and Anti Human trafficking) together with Pattaya City police officers arrested 62 year-old Mr. Gaston Maurer, a Swiss national. He was arrested at Pattaya Third Rd. He was arrested because he reportedly raped and sexually offended two children that were under-age. The arrest took place after undercover police officers reported that Mr. Gaston was returning a vehicle he rented at Pattaya Third Rd.

As Mr. Gaston was returning his motorcycle to the car rent place, he was charged by police officers. Police then showed arrest warrant and took the Swiss man to Pattaya City police station. Police then went to his rented room, they were able to find his passport, condoms and lubricants. Police presume that he used the found objects to rape the children.

It was reported that a certain Mr. Rachan brought the two children to Mr. Gaston to rape or have sex with. After he had finished the sexual acts with the children, he paid the children 400 THB. Mr. Rachan then took a percentage off the money that was paid to the children. Police are now looking Mr. Rachan who was believed to still be in pattaya.

Go back and read the article. 

The two boys that he was supposedly with were 12 year olds.  There's a big difference between 17-18 year olds and 12 year olds.

I don't know how things work in this "man's" home country, but if he was an Aussie then once the Thais had finished prosecuting and punishing him he'd end up in the hands of the Law and on the Sex Offenders Register back in Australia too.

 

There is a slight tinge of 'set-up' to the events, but that's immaterial in my eyes.  The guy's a predator and needs taking off the streets, both in Thailand and at home.  If the Thai Police set up a sting operation, bloody well done to them for identifying the creep and doing something about it.

Just Prosecute him to the full extent of the law (number 1)

 

That means stuff him in jail in BKK for 20 years, the only way he'll get out will be in a body bag after 3 months. Don't need to worry about numbers 2,3,and 4 although they are good suggestions too!

P.S. Please make sure he is given a fair trial with the Swiss embassy to oversee. Provided he is proven guilty, his embassy with have very little authority in Thailand to help a convicted pedophile.
