Public prosecutors have set August 26 to announce a decision on whether former prime minister Abhisit Vejjajiva and his former deputy Suthep Thaugsuban - now in the opposition Democrat Party - will be indicted for murder over the death of protesters during the 2010 riots.

Of course they will be prosecuted. The man in Dubai didn't start this for it to come to a halt in the prosecutor's office.
