Hotel reccomendations needed

I am due in Pattaya mid July , i need a reasonable hotel with a pool staying 4 nights but not more than 1500 baht a night as i need to book 3 rooms for wifes family any reccom endations from  fellow addicts most appreciated.

Take a look at Sabai Lodge/Sabai Inn  Around Soi 2 beach road, girl friendly and family friendly,great poolside bar and pool,3 min stroll to beach. 7/11 and family mart close by. far enough away to avoid the delights of pattaya yet only a short hop for a stealth like escape...within your budget!

Well I keep saying it but Residence Garden.  2 nice pools, huge 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for 1450 and 2000 baht. For my solo trips.

 

If staying with family though I suggest Jomtien.  Nirvana Suites on Soi 4 are quite gorgeous and very very well priced. Has a small pool but seriously it is much more enjoyable sitting in deckchairs at the beach - done this version at least 8 times now.

 

Its only a 15 minute baht bus trip in to the heart of darkness for 10 baht, or a motocy taxi anywhere in hardly anytime for 80 baht....

amari nova suites if you use their web amari.com has studios and 3 bedroom suites in your price range if you book 3 days in a row, pool is great on the roof, not well suited for children maybe

 

d apartments very close to soi bukao is in your price range either, and has a lovely roof top pool also

You can get rooms around 1300 baht and the hotel is very comfortable. Located in Soi 4 it is a short walk to the beach but the more adult entertainment areas are not in your face. With baht buses going one way on beach road and the other way on second road you have easy access to all the important areas.

 

If you are bringing a family this would be an acceptable place. The staff are very friendly and they were extremely polite to my guests.
