61 year-old Mini Bus Driver Cuts In Front Of Newspaper Courier Car

A 61 year-old minibus or ‘Song taew’ driver cut in front of a famous news courier car, which caused and unnecessary accident in Pattaya. No one was injured in the accident.

PATTAYA – June 24, 2013 [PDN]; At 03.00 AM Police Lt. Manot Thipwet, Investigation Officer of Banglamung police station was informed that an accident happened at a traffic light junction at Sukhumvit Road. After receiving the report a team of police officers was dispatched to investigate the incident.

When the police arrived at the scene, they found a car of the Thai newspaper courier ‘Mattichon’ that was damaged on the front of the car. Its parts were scattered all over the road, showing how hard the car that collided. Another car was found, which was a minibus or ‘Song taew’ passenger pick-up, it was damaged as well, but it was damaged on the back. The driver of both cars were later identified as 36 year-old Mr. Kraison Moolkam and 61 year-old Damri Daowsawa, both were unharmed.

Mr. Kraison said that as he was driving at a high speed on Sukhumvit Road, a car suddenly cut in front of his car. He tried to avoid the car that had cut in front of him but he couldn’t as we was at such a high speed.

Afterwards, police took pictures and evidence from incident scene. Both of the drivers were taken to Banglamung police station for further questioning.

B. No one was killed?

C. No farang was at fault?
