Did anyone stay in Pattaya Noble Place 2, at Lengkee.

I didn't aware of this guest house. There is Family Mart shop on ground floor. (not the Buakhao Rd corner family mart)

 

The low season room rates are:

Daily 690.-    
Weekly 4,200.-
Monthly 12,000.-

 

The daily rate is acceptable, with an option of weekly rent. But the monthly rate is not the cheapest.

I take it this an advertising punt. Looks OK but no photos of bathroom on site, many levels/floors no lift? Those rates are competitive but unless you are an "adventurer" I think most bookings will be for 1 night just in case. great area to stay, I always preferred budget accommodation but now pay to stay. When I am there in September give me a free night and I will post an honest review.

i stayed there before rooms very clean, nice people who run it all ok but there are a lot of better places to stay try a couple of nights first.
