Belgian murdered by Thai Lover at Central Pattaya Apartment

A 78 year old Belgian was fatally stabbed by his 37 year old lover in his Central Pattaya Apartment on Saturday Night at the culmination of a heated argument over allegations directed at his partner relating to her sleeping with another man.

Police were called to the Niran Grand Condo in Soi Arunothai, Central Pattaya just before 9pm by Security Guards who were alerted by neighbors of the victim who had detained the suspected attacker.

Police arrested Khun Bundar aged 37 and took a blood-stained knife into evidence. Lying on the bed of the apartment located in Building D was its owner, Mr. Eduoard Gabrielle Hubert. He had been stabbed through the right side of his chest and was lying in a pool of blood.

Khun Bundar quickly confessed to the attack and claimed the pair were arguing about her allegedly sleeping with another man. She claims the pair had been together on-and-off for 4 months and she was aware Mr. Hubert was married to a Belgian. During the argument she became angry and picked up a knife in the toilet and stabbed Mr. Hubert who was sitting on the edge of the bed.

Neighbors heard the argument and approached the victims room and detained the suspect after it became apparent what had taken place. They contacted Security Guards who in-turn contacted the Police. The neighbor claimed the couple had only been together for one month and not four months as stated by the suspect who was later charged with murder pending further investigations by Police.

There comes a time when, having married a hooker who is only with you for money, that you are either worth more dead than alive or not worth the trouble for the small amount of coin you have. Either way - get the hell out of dodge ASAP because that "cousin"or "brother" that is always hanging around your missus? Most likely her real husband....and the knife is coming out soon.

I wonder how many women serving a sentence for murder at the moment. It must be "nice squadra" composition in the women's top prison for murder.

The reason the knife and dishes would be in the toilet as Nirun Condos are 1 room, and the sink in the toilet is the only place you could wash your dishes.

Was wondering that.. mine uses a sink on the balcony....but maybe that explains the access to the knife.

Well that is a little odd, I know I wouldn't fancy washing my plates next to the toilet!

 

But at least I know now why there was a knife in there.

I notice that with quite a few of the re enactments the police do in Thailand ....the charged party always seem very matter of fact about the crime in front of the media...maybe a psychiatrist out there can explain.

Balconies in Thailand should be banned on health and safty grounds
