Not very polite and written by a person that someone has annoyed. Meung is a very impolite form of "You" There are a few spelling mistakes, but I think it says.

 

"Why did you switch off the machine?  You don't inform anybody!!"

The last bit, I am not so sure about, maybe something about

"Looking for trouble"

or

"Meddling"

Googling แสรส led to a Thai website full of slang spellings of cursewords.

แสรส turns out to be สัตว์ Literally it means animal, I guess in English you'd probably say sth like asshole or so.

 

Thais have these different spellings of cursewords for the same reason we write darn instead of damn, fcuk instead of fuck, etc.: 1. to make it sound/look less offensive, and 2. to get past censors on webboards who would automatically turn it into ****

It's also not in the Se-Ed Modern Thai-English Dictionary which contains 80,000+ Thai words.

 

ปิด - Close or turn off

 

เครื่อง - Machine, or adjective for something that relates to a mechanical device, factory, or even used in the Thai word for

Mechanical Engineer ( วิศวกรเครื่องกล ).  I use this term to describe a profession.

 

ทำมัย - Why?

 

Something must have been turned off.

 

Perhaps she's pissed because you turned off her vibrator.
