I'm looking for a cheap apartment on 3rd in central pattaya. I want to stay there for 3 month. my budget is

up to 15000 thb max incl. electric and water. I hope some of you guy's have some recommendations.

I stayed in Baan Po shortly after they opened a few years back. Not the Hilton but perfectly adequate in fact I enquired a few weeks back about staying there again cost is 6000 a month plus one month refundable deposit, electricity 7 baht a unit and water 25 baht so I would guess about 8000 would cover everything.

 

Its located on Third Road just south of the traffic lights with Pattaya Klang about 50 meters on the right if facing north so easy for baht buses there is also a motorbike taxi stand outside and a 7-11 nearby as well as numerous restaurants and walking distance to Carrefour (Now Big C)

 

It has free wi-fi in room safe air con hot water shower small balcony etc. about 7 years old now so modern facilities and has a big car park outside for car or bike with security at night, so if looking for something cheap it could suit you.

Canterbury Tales are not far from 3rd road and we offer monthly rates starting from 6,500 per month plus electric at 7 baht per unit, meters right outside the rooms, no water charge.

Niran Grand Condo in Soi Arunothai, Central Pattaya, good reasonable condo, you have 2 building the lower ones are reasonable, the high rise is more expensive, your choice. Facilities include, swimming pool, gym, and lots of shops, restaurants, motor cycle rental, internet . Check out the rooms for rent from lots of rental offices, take your time and select the room of your choice.

NP residence..between 2nd and soi bauakhau..I stayed there 2 months..its 15,000 but bran new bld.big flat screen,fridge.security card to get in..awesome location.phone #038-428461-3 ...I also stayed D appartments again 15,ooo and clean room every day big flatscreen a lot of channels..and a swimming pool there on roof,,one block from NP residence..sorry don't have # for D appartments..ill be back for 6 months in 102 days
