Several months later he goes to Immigration to get an extension: Officer questioned him about his last exit of the country and inform him his visa has been obtained an illegal way: he had to stay 26 DAYS in a insalubrious prison of Bangkok (Klong Prem), and then managed to exit with a 200'000 baht caution. He is still waiting for his trial/judgment...

 

Now if you want take this risk... Up 2 You...

a visa run costs a lot less than 200,000 baht and the mini bus is a lot more comfortable than a stay at klong prem  . its not worth the risk IMHO

this is thailand. with the right connections all is possible. immigration officers can approve or disapprove any request. if a stamp is counterfeit thats another story. the PA web sponsor say he can do it.....
