Psychotic Man Kills And Rapes In Front Of Toddler

Rayong police arrested a tattoo artist who was interested in one of his client, he then climbed up her house and confronted her asking to have sex with him, but she refused, making him murder and rape her right in front of her children.

RAYONG – June 10, 2013 [PDN]: Rayong police officer held a press conference to regarding the capture of Mr. Anucha Seemanta, 32 years old, the suspect who killed and raped a woman who was a resort owner in Rayong. After he had raped her, he then dumped her body in hopes to cover up the case.

On June 6, police had been informed about an incident where a woman was killed, raped and dumped. She was identified as Ms. Tatpicha, age 34, police then investigated at her resort, which made the police believe that there was a fight between the suspect and victim as her house or resort had traces of a fight.

From further questioning the suspect, he said that he worked as a tattoo artist and the woman had hired him to tattoo her a picture of a red heart at her house, which later turned out to be the crime scene. He secretly began to like her, which made him come back to her house and asked her to have sexual intercourse with the tattoo artist. He said that he walked in the room where she was sleeping with her baby daughter, he then woke her up, and asked her to have sex with him, but after she had refused to have sex, she tried to bite him, but he locked her neck and pushed her down to the floor, he then raped her twice. He said after he had finished raping Ms.Tatpicha he discovered that she had already died.

After he noticed that she was dead, he went back to his pick-up truck and used cloth to wrap her body, he then carried her body to his pick-up truck to dump Ms. Tatpicha’s body. But not long after the incident, police officers were able to arrest the suspect, who has been taken to the Rayong police station.

After the arrest, police brought Mr.Anucha to do a planned re-enactment. It’s reported that Mr. Anucha had a bad criminal record, it said that he had attempted to murder someone before in Ubon Ratchathani province.
