Hello,

my last holiday were 22.12.2012 - 12.01.2013.

I would like to apply for Tourist visa 25.06.2013 - 08.09.2013.

Is that possible? I'm from Europe.

Thank you

I think the rule u are thinking of, was flicked a few years ago....  Just get your TV you should be fine... or, if available to your nationality, come in on the 30 day visa exemption.

Your best bet is to contact the Thai Consulate that is closest to where you live. The consulate's website should have this information on it. The rule for the USA is that you need a tourist visa to enter for 60 days and only a US passport to enter for 30 days. My guess is that it is the same 60 day rule for Germany. The 30 day rule is the same for Germany as the USA.

There is no restriction on the amount of time you can spend time in Thailand on any visa or the visa waiver scheme so you are worrying about nothing.

The calculator in the link above has the "90 days in 6 months" rule listed but that was done away with and no longer applies.

You have 2 easy options, if you cant get a tourist visa before you depart for Thailand:

1: Do a 2 day 2 night visa run to get a 60 day tourist visa

2: Apply for a 60 day extension waiver
