My new living Accomodation !! Phuriburi Resort..

Best value for money ive ever had here in the four years ive lived here

 

Situated on Soi Nern Plab Wern, is the brand new "Phuriburi Resort"

 

 

OK here is what i got for 6,500 baht a month, a brand new never lived in room before, and it has everything you will need except location, in respects of the beach and Walking Street, (which i never go to anyway)

It has air-con (which is hardly used as a lovely breeze flows threw your room with a front door open and the balcony door at the back)

you have sophon cable TV,

fridge freezer,

dining table and chairs,

ample parking spaces for bikes and cars alike,

swimming pool,

security gaurd 24 hours,

CCTV,

24 hour INTERNET access,

private gardens,

and the most important thing for me it is very peacefull indeed, you can not here all them cars, bikes and music blaring out all night and day !!

Outside facility's within 50 yards you have "Chester's" an English owned bar and diner, what i say does an excellent brekkie, also "Rungs" Coffee shop bar and diner, there is also a 7/11 plenty on laundrettes and salons and the great big food market all on your doorstep..

 

Only downside for me is driving over Sukmavitte Road !! (scares the shit out of me)

Couple of questions. How fast is the internet connection?

How long by bike does it take to get to the action? ie ws soic 7,8 soi diana etc

Do they have different types of room?

Saw your computer set up on the table and chair and it looks a little uncomfortable.

Maybe they have bigger rooms with couches etc too?

Yes they do have bigger rooms but i am yet to sse them, not sure about the internet speed and 10 minutes away from all the action !! Hope that helps ?

Yes the use of the pool is included, and at the moment there in the process of building a website, as it is brand new resort..

Yes water and electric you have to pay seperate, but in all my honesty i dont use the air-condition there is no need !!
