OK so most places put there prices up in the new year but since we are different or maybe backward we are reducing our small beer bottle prices from 60bht each to 50bht each HNY

Just completed a 5 night stay here. I had one of the larger rooms (B1) and large it certainly was ! The room was very nice and Micheal, the host was always around, very friendly and helpful.

Top marks also for the staff who had no problem getting some laundry done and back to me on the same day. I like the location too, just around the corner from the madness that LK Metro can be and just a stones throw from Soi Buakhaw which provides options to easily get just about anywhere.

If you love me the more personal touch of a guest house then Boomerang is well worth considering. I have a feeling that I will be back.

I spent a week in B1, and for the largest room I've rented in Pattaya, it's amazingly affordable (assuming you get your reservations in early). Unfortunately, I'm trying to stay in a new (to me) place every visit, but the A1/B1/C1 rooms at Boomerang would have to be my favorite so far. If I ever decide to repeat, Boomerang would be the place.

Also, the bed is one of the best I've slept on in Pattaya. A far cry from the 'slightly softer than a stone' typical Thai mattress. :-)

The only niggle I had, and it's a small one, since there is a 7-11 not far away, is that Boomerang does not supply drinkable water to the room. On the plus side though, there is a hot water pot, which a lot of places do not supply.

I had two small bottles the first day, and was specifically told when I asked, 'we guesthouse, not hotel. you buy your own water.'

I guess you got lucky, or they changed their policy. Either way, from my one week stay, that policy was the only (admittedly minor) downside to an otherwise excellent room.

Thanks Garzan and we are now going to supply 2 bottles per week or on arrival.

I have stayed there twice got c1 both times. Despite then odd bargirl bitching about climbing the stairs it was a very nice guesthouse. Most of the time it was when I made them carry the purchases back from the 711. I paid for it, you carry it sweetie. I am a fat bastard so climbing the stairs is good for me.  Big room so you can spread out. I think B1 and A1 are the exact same size room so they would be better if you have mobility issues.

The room being bigger is great if you want to take some photos of your girls as you get some more angles and options to work with and as has been noted already the beds are really nice.

I have stayed here in last few weeks and I must say I am very happy with the friendly service, staff, management and the great rates I experienced I definitely will be staying here again and definitely recommending to my friends the only suggestions is if you want to get a room you book early. The location is the best and I was amazed how clean this place is compared to some others. I guess that is is something to do being owned and operated by the owners. This is a short and sweet review
