Can anybody name any bars that make the girls take regular hiv tests?

It doesnt matter which bars do Hiv testing. All a girl needs to do is wave a few hundred baht and she gets an all clear from a clinic in Pattaya. Abstaining, luck or Bagging up is the only way your going to avoid getting it.

I know Peppermint used to and Tahitian Queen. I think they both have particular clinics the girls have to go to.

It is best to assume that none of them get tested regularly. If you use condoms all the time your risks are very low.

In a country where you can get just about any document faked, would you trust a BG health report? Having said that, I do know a FL on beach road who gets tested at her own cost every two months. I have seen the report (its in english) and dropped her at the clinic for her test. I still wear a condom tho!!!

I've wondered about this too. If I knew a gogo that legitimately had their girls tested, I would prefer them over others. Maybe gogos should start promoting their compliance to gain business!

They are paying for a legitimate piece of paper not a fake document. It is the word of the practitioner which is actually in question.

It seems to me that people are looking for that one piece of information regarding HIV that will absolve them of all their worries. Fact; there is a risk, probably not a huge one but real never the less (I personally have two friends who contracted HIV from Bar Girls in Thailand).

 

It is almost like they are waiting to read somewhere that "if you are wearing a gold ring you cannot contract the virus" some magic bullet piece of information which will mean that there's no need to be concerned ever again.

 

This magic bullet does exist, it is called abstinence. Apart from that all sex acts involving another person carry some risk, no matter how small. By all means get as much information as you can. Self education on this matter can only help in the long run. However, I can guarantee you one thing, no matter what you might hear about a certain Bars testing policies you will still be left with responsibilities and decisions that relate to your personal risk.

So if a girl gets checked up once a month yeah. What happerns when she leaves the clinic and the next day catchs aids ,HIV and says sleeps with 10 men a month for the next 6 months!!! As it takes 6 months for it to kick in!!!!!

Its okay for them to get checked up but as long as you are the first to sleep with them straight after......

She could already have it when she is checked and it may not show depending on how long prior to the checkup the infection was passed to her. A current check up is no guarantee that she is clean. You may want to make sure she has abstained completely for three months and then have her checked, but it will cost you plenty to make up for the three lost months wages.

Thats what i meant they and us would have to have no unprotected sexual contact for 3-6 months then get checked that would be they only defo way to find out!!

Even wearing protection is not a 100% guarantee, even the manufaturers of prophylactics will admit that. The only 100% guarantee is total abstinance.
