Bang Saray Beach Condominium Building A nears completion and foundation work begins on Building B.

Painting is in process on the interior and exterior of Bang Saray Beach Condo Building A. Window installation has begun. Completion now expected in July 2013, a bit of delay due to labor shortages.

Building B pilings have now been excavated and work has begun cutting them to the correct height and also work is in process for the seismic and load testing of the pilings.

It has been a great high season for CW Asset Co and our thanks goes out to all our friends, buyers and agents for their fantastic support.

This month CW Asset Co has reached a significant milestone in our affordable new ocean side condominium developments. Our backlog of sold condominiums in all projects now has just exceeded 200,000,000 Baht. A great achievement and a testament to the high demand for luxury ocean side condos in excellent locations and at affordable prices.

Bang Saray property has seen significant growth in value and desirability. Other new projects have recently launched condos and nearly fully booked all units with prices starting at 70,000 Baht a square meter.

Our buyers in Bang Saray could not be happier since they purchased CW Asset condos with starting prices at 30,000 Baht a square meter.

We are greatly encouraged by by these results and have now acquired another plot of ocean side land in Bang Saray Beach for our next condominium development.
