This guy might be a Thai but he should be welcomed as an honorary Monger.

Apparently he had a bet with a mate for 1000 baht. His mate posted the pictures on Face Book and the BIB saw them. Coincidentally he was fined 1000 baht for lewid behaviour and the are trying to charge his mate under the Computer crimes act for another 1000 baht. Funny thing is that he admitted he was pissed but never got charged for drunk driving...TIT

So he won 1000Bt and then was fined 1000Bt. Dumb fuck really, if he'd come off the bike he could have slid 10 meters down the road using his balls & dick for brakes.
