I'd be wary of outlaying US$14,000 but would be a dream job , if you had the computer skills neccassary i'd approach the guy and try and work out an Intrest free loan say 25% of your Income until the loan is repaid.

I saw this too and was not really intrigued. This is by no means a unique business idea though its undeniably a big market. I'd be looking for more of a niche market if I was going to invest some cash. I am pretty good at Thai and will be taking a year to study it immersively once I get to BKK. I'm hoping that leads me somewhere interesting.
