Local Rescue Workers save Ox from certain death.

The Sawang Boriboon Rescue Foundation will often be seen at road accidents and other cases where people are injured or even dead. Their duties are varied and they are also responsible for animal rescue. This is one such case from a ditch behind the Wiriya Insurance Company in Banglamung. A local security guard heard a strange noise coming from the ditch on Wednesday Morning as he just begun his shift and went to investigate. He found an Ox inside the 5 meter deep ditch in some distress. Rescue Workers arrived and formulated a plan to rescue the animal who was in danger of drowning in the ditch which was filling with water fast. After one hour and with the assistance of some heavy lifting equipment the exhausted animal was rescued and returned to its rightful owner. We can report that the animal suffered no major injuries and is now happily eating grass in his owners field as if nothing had happened.
