Body of Newly Born Baby found dumped in Rubbish.

Just before Midnight on Monday, Police and Sawang Boriboon Rescue Workers were called to a refuse truck which was parked up on the Sukumvit Road near the Mini Siam Tourist Attraction. One of the refuse collectors made a gruesome discovery as he was routinely clearing the streets of rubbish. Khun El noticed a small bag placed near a larger refuse bin. Upon inspection a newly born baby still attached to the Placenta was found. Police from Banglamung were called in to investigate the case and determined the baby was born prematurely and because of a lack of specialist care, probably died shortly after birth. The mother then panicked and disposed of the baby. There were no witnesses who saw anyone dump the small bag containing the baby which has been sent for forensic tests which should confirm the cause of death.
