I have been reading these forums for a while now but this is my 1st post. Terriffic amount of information so I guess thanks is in order.

 

Has anyone stayed at Diamond City Place? The prices certainly seem reasonable. Any info appreciated!

I lived there for 2 months. Had a 1 Br apt. I believe it was 27000 bt a month with maid service.

 

I had 2 problems. 1 the noise from across the street. the have that outdoor theater on the corner and the noise did come through.

 

the other problem was there was a broken pipe in the floor of the bathroom and it kept leaking up through the floor.

 

Guess it depends on how long your staying. you can certainly find cheaper places for long term stays.
