Young Man Killed in Road Accident

Banglamung Police were notified in the early hours of 18th December that an accident had occurred between a motorbike and a car, resulting in the death of the bike rider.

The Sawang Boriboon was notified and together they went to the scene on Soi Khaotalo near the railway track. The body of 21 years old Mr. Jakkaphan, a debt collector, was found next to his smashed up bike. He had been killed instantly from a massive head wound as he crashed head on into an oncoming pick up truck. A witness stated that the bike was traveling very fast when it collided with the truck. The truck owner, Mr. Charin, 39 years old from Bangkok, suffered whiplash injuries and was given first aid and sent to hospital and further investigations will be made after receiving treatment.
