Hi guys how you doing? Ive just registered to this forum and i am amazed by the atmosphere and all the information you can get for Thailand before you go there. Ive been only once so far, in Patong for 16 days and i am pretty sure ya'll know what i think of thailand after my holiday. Now i am planning to go again in JUne, same for 16 days, but this time in Pattaya. I am meeting a friend there, and i was looking to get a 2 bedroom aparment in a hotel, instead of getting separate rooms. Mainly what i am after is a good location, as close as possible to Walking Street, and cheap rates ( around 2500 thb p/n). I am going around end of june period.

So far i've found few topics that are related, but they are bit old so i wanted to get some fresh information and maybe help out new users who are looking for the same thing.

Thanks a lot!

Not sure if it is what you are looking for but Sunview has adjoining rooms for around 2000 baht for 2. Only one balcony but has lift, safe deposit, wifi, lift,  a nice pool, small cafe and is on the baht bus route. You get 2 fridges and 2 bathrooms so the more the merrier. The second room has 2 beds, a double and a single. I had the girlfriends 2 kids in the second room and it meant they had a dedicated TV so that presumably would work with 2 barfines while you watched the footy etc. Just as an aside though they do not allow poofs or ladyboys in.

As much as I love all things Australian, I got to get me action of the asian persuasian.

That is good, i will have a look at it. The price is pretty attractive, the only thing that is missing is the combined lounge room which is the main reason why i am after a 2 bedroom apartment. Btw, we are not after ladyboys or poofs so that's okay  :GoldenSmile1:

We're just looking for something a little more party friendly. We like to pre drink before we head out to the bars

I am sure you can work something out and the bars next door will help you. Not too far from a few daytime bars that will help you party up and a 7-11 across the road.

Residence Garden has 2-bedroom apartments for I think around 2200Baht not including ABF. 2 swimming pools, good location a short 5 minute baht bus ride into Walking Street area, and in the opposite direction to Jomtien Beach daytimes.  Theres a minimart opposite, laundry and massage shops and a few cafes too.

I don't like to share as my tgf and I tend to fuck anywhere we like.....and often.

That one look really nice but its bit pricey and over our budget. The 2 bedroom goes around 3300THB for one night. Definetely looks good though, ill have it in mind if i am unable to find anything else.

Has anyone been in the Nova Park apartments, they look really nice, however im a bit worried about the location as i prefer to be in walking distance from Walking Street :)

Hi

I'm going this june as well, and the hotel I've booked has two-room apartments. It's called Soleil De Siam Serviced Apartments, and they are located on soi buakao close to soi Diana and you can look them up here. I'm not sure how long you are staying, nor what price they charge per day, as they primarily cater to long-stayers like me that sign on by the month. They do cater to day-charges though, but you'd have to ask by mail for a price. The monthly charge is 25.500 THB per month plus water and electric...

We have a 2 bed apartment but more suitable as a family room or similar as not really designed for 2 lads and all goes with it, its a ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 TV's 2 A/C's fans, large fridge, sofa's dining table kettle etc etc 800 per night
