Fusion E-san flavours at “Oceans restaurant”

The Northeastern region of Thailand known as E-san has an abundance of flavours that are usually only tasted with fish, pork or chicken.

From now until end of May 2013, Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya invites you to share an often untried experience our chefs have fused them with spicy sea scallops, as a larb of minced Japanese Kurobuta pork, a deep-fried papaya salad with chicken skewer and a succulently crisp cat fish summer roll.
