My View Condos

Featured Replies

Off to the land of smiles end of May staying at the My View Condotel on Soi17 has anybody stayed there ? What they like?

I have a friend that owns about 10 condo's in that building, and love living there. Great Location for Walking St!!

I have a friend that owns about 10 condo's in that building...

Can he say anything else when he probably has 9 condos for rent there ?

Great Location for Walking St!!

Why? Not so near. About 1 km. Many agogos girls will not walk that long. You will need a motorbike (or taxi).

What they like?

The condos here are about 4-6 years old only, so should be good Inside.

Problem with those who look towards South and are really hot.

I lived at My View Condos for two months last year. It was on 7th floor, north side of building. I loved living there. Close to TukCom, Friendship Supermarket, South Pattaya Road, Soi Buakow market, etc. Very nice swimming pool facility too.

The various units in the building are furnished differently from each other, because many are owned by individuals, they have furnished and decorated according to their own personal tastes. I have looked in a number of the units and they are all differently furnished.

Overall a great place to stay. Not that close to Walking Street...just fine for ME to walk, but the ladies are not going to want to walk from Walking Street to MyView Condos, I can tell you that for sure. Have fun and good luck.

Interesting. What's the rent and what's the name of the agency you used?

Hi , I  have been staying at my mom's guest house on  soi lengkee and looking and agonising where to stay for the next 40 days. The guest house neat clean and modern one of the new ones in a terrace  opposite Ned Kelly's bar and pizza 24.

It is pretty noisy from from the traffic and bar music in the street but is just a stop gap, the land lady is very cute and sexy also.

To the point,  I  went to find the my view condos, and spoke to an Indian owner/manager,very nice gent who showed me two room's front and back of the building ,both have balconies, front side over looks the entrance large quiet courtyard and large pool area two other condo units share the area, all seems very quiet after you turn in off soi 17.

The both room's where large, one had bath with shower over it, the other a large shower room , both room's shown had brand new large fridges, both room's had large double beds , they had sinks and micro waves crockery, a sort of free standing kitchen units, he said he could supply an electric hot plate, and  fry pan etc

There was a decent table and chairs, in the room's 1 room had a large screen older tv and a smaller tv in the other, the ward robes some fittings where new but all looked clean and not to antwack, 1 room had a ceiling fan, both had air con.

The general feel of the room's is they are well kept the walls are not covered with grubby finger marks, the bathrooms are not fusty and mildewy.

Room tiles polished, the corridors are clean and clear and just felt airy.

Terms where 15000 a month, electric and water extra, he predicted to me 700 - 2000 a month depending  on how much used,  and over a month stay about 750 a day I think, and that would be fine by me,also easy going on a late check out.

I was mostly sold, BUT, I had checked out a studio condo at the avenue soi 15 after reading Lisbon and Fis hwicks reviews

So I went to take another look and was shown a condo overlooking the pool, where as the first time was shown what was available that overlooked the dirt road cut through to soi buakhow.

So have booked it from Sat 22 6  to 31 July   20000 up front for a deposit. 20000 for a month plus 9 days at 1000 a day  plus 200 laundry check out clean 200 plus 4.5 baht unit for electricity water 30 baht a unit .

It will about 200 quid more expensive than the my view but is more convenient position for me, really modern , free WiFi a tv wider than a Geordie girls area.

My view condos charges 50 baht for 24 hours wifi, and sliding scale rate after that, also that soi 17 seemed to worse than bkhow to walk along,,in the day, but dunno about night.

I hope my agonising works out, fcuk this for now,I a missing happy hour in oasis shock.
