A Brazil man touched the bottom of a female clerk at a Pattaya internet shop, who called the police. The suspect denied fondling the woman and belittled the victim, until the shop’s CCTV revealed his indecent behavior. Then he confessed to officers.

PATTAYA – April 15, 2013 [PDN]; at 3 a.m., a report of a foreign man doing an obscenity to a Thai woman was received by the police team of Pattaya police station, Chonburi province.
The incident occurred in the Wuth internet shop, address 327/258 Soi Bongkot, central Pattaya, Moo 9 Tambon Nong Preu, Amphur Banglamung, Chonburi province.

At the scene, police found the owner of internet shop and the victim, “Ms. June” (alias) age 19, a clerk of the shop, waiting for assistance. They notified the police to arrest the troublemaker who was still sitting in front of the shop.

The suspect was a foreign man named Mr. Gilberto Alexanore De Oliveira, age 39, nationality Brazilian. The police questioned Ms. June, who said that while she was working in the shop, Mr. Gilberto walked into the shop to use the service, so she opened the computer for him.

But after he played on the internet for approximately 10 minutes, Mr. Gilberto called her to assist to change the language of the keyboard into German language, and to enter the hotmail program for him.

So she assisted him, but while she was standing to enter the program for him, Mr. Gilberto used his left hand to touch and squeeze her bottom and her sexual organ. She was so shocked, she screamed and ran away from him immediately.

But Mr. Gilberto still looked at her and smiled with an expression of lust, without being ashamed of his indecent act or seeming to be afraid of punishment, so she scolded him. But he still looked at her with a ridiculous expression of someone with a sexual psychosis.

So she made the phone call to inform the owner of the shop, and notified the police to assist, because she would like the police to prosecute him because he molested her, and looked down on the prestige of Thai woman very much.

But when confronted by officers, Mr. Gilberto the troublemaker shouted and didn’t accept that he really made trouble, and also acted to ridicule the victim without fear of being arrested.

So the victim brought the picture from CCTV footage to confirm to the police that showed Mr. Gilberto making trouble. Mr. Gilberto then confessed that he really molested Ms. June, but he still acted to ridicule the victim.

Then the police told Mr. Gilberto that they had to restrain him to prosecute at the police station. The troublemaker then got down on his knees to plead not to go to the police station, because he was afraid of being prosecuted. But the police still confirmed to restrain him to the police station.

Initially, the police charged this Brazilian man in an accusation of doing obscenity to other people, and sent him to the investigation officer to prosecute further according to the law.

What a stupid shit.

I bet he is not smiling now !!!!!!!

Could be anything from 10,000 to 100,000 to stop the case.

A quick sorry and few thousand in the shop would have been a better move.

The attitude that "all are available" is sadly far too common.

Example

Two girls playing pool in a bar I was in (not Pattaya). Customer starts talking to them, not groping just chatting.

Customer offers the two girls a drink. One of the girls explains they are customers, not working, but yes they would have a drink if he is OK.

The two girls then buy his next two drinks so rounds are even. Thats really should have told him something even if his English wasn't great.

Customer then starts groping one of the girls when she is playing a pool shot.

She politely asked him to stop but he persisted so she pushed him away.

He goes to bar owner/mamasan demanding the cost of the two drinks back despite the fact they had been charged at "normal", not LD, rates, and despite the fact he had been bought two drinks by the girls also.

One girl walked up to him, took his chit and placed it in her own bin - priceless.

You could argue the girls shouldn't go in the bar, you could also argue that they should have declined his offer also. However the over riding factor is that he "assumed" they were fair game.

Maybe on the exit of every lady bar, they should have a sign, welcome back to the real world, so guys are reminded when they leave.
