No. You cannot register quads for the public rd.

Did not know you cannot register a quad for public roads.  Why not?  How is a quad different than a sidecar type vending motorbike.  Seems they would be safer than a motorbike.

Police have been known to give a little leeway to the disabled, quads and the like..
