Man that is just wrong no money no food and just left there for possably 10 day before they might be back ? What the hell ,thank goodness there was some good people to give her food !

That poor women, what her these people did to her is just not human.  No respect for the elderly or her mother.  This is not right.  Thank goodness for the kind people who fed her and the autorities that will do the right thing for her. 

I have seen this Many times..Yet Most think there Family comes first and admire this in Thais but this is Often Not the case....They come first--Money comes first--Drugs come first but Family or there Kids No Way......

  Just How many Old Ladys you see around town selling Flowers or trying to find work? They all have Kids who could give a shit less about them..

Agree, not the norn for LOS. There have been changes recently with the new young generation breaking away from the traditional practices, but in general they are still caring and providing for their aged parents.

I know a Golf Caddy who dumped her 3 Kids off on her Parents Many Years ago and has Not seen the Kids in more then 7 Years nor gave her parents a visit..She sometimes sends a Little money she said? But have any interaction with her 3 Kids? Never..She is still looking for a Farang Husband as she works as a Caddy....

  She Calls her Kids sometimes...It is More frequent then we think but it is hard to see unless you look hard and live here..
