A Pattaya ladyboy dancing with naked breasts to show to the tourists at a Naklua beer bar was arrested after defying police demands to cover up. The ladyboy said expensive surgery gave him beautiful breasts that he wanted to show to others. He vowed to continue dancing topless.

PATTAYA – April 13, 2013 [PDN]; at 1 a.m., people notified the police that a ladyboy was behaving unsuitably by taking off his shirt to show his naked breasts to the foreign tourists without being ashamed. The report was received by Pol. Capt. Vitsanu Chaisuwan, Deputy Inspector, Pattaya police station. The police rushed to inspect the scene.

The indecent behavior was occurring at the group of beer bars in Soi Na Kleua 31, north Pattaya, Moo 9 Tambon Nong Preu. When police arrived at the scene, officers found the ladyboy had removed the garment covering his upper body, exposing his naked breasts. The ladyboy was dancing to show his breasts in the beer bar to the foreign tourists and beer bar women, without acting ashamed.

So the officers told the ladyboy to stop dancing and wear his shirt properly. But the ladyboy tried to resist and didn’t want to listen to the police, and also swung his breasts to show to the police. Then the police officers commanded him to wear the shirt to cover his breasts, and restrained him to investigate at Pattaya police station.

From investigating, officer discovered the ladyboy’s name is Mr. Narinmek Phaophan, age 21, from Tambon Sada, Amphur Phlubphlachai, Buriram province.

Mr. Narinmek said that he is a complete ladyboy, because he already did the surgery to change his sex and also enhance his breasts, which cost more than 500,000 THB. The money was paid by his foreign husband. But Mr. Narinmek still wanted to work, so he worked as a woman who sells sexual services at the beer bar.

Mr. Narinmek said the reason that he showed his breasts today was because he wants to show his breasts that he had enhanced for a high price for the other people to see, because he has self confidence that he is more beautiful than anybody, so he wants to show his body during Songkran festival.

Mr. Narinmek said he had previously taken off his shirt and always danced to show his breasts, until he was arrested today. After his arrest, this ladyboy still smiled happily, without feeling afraid or ashamed of his behavior.

Mr. Narinmek said that although he was arrested, he will be fined only a small amount of money, and he will dance to show his breasts again, because he had done surgery for his breasts with the high price, so he has to show them to other people to appreciate.

Initially, the police charged this ladyboy in an accusation of “doing obscenity in front of the other people or the public place” and then sent him to the investigation officer to prosecute further according to the law.
