first I want to Thank you for using my service and have to sorry for any problem for the service

 

in my business now it look like my business is going very well

a lot of new customer and regular customer still using my service

 

but now near to Songkran Festival (Thailand new year ) so i can't receive too much jobs like before

If possible please reserve (Mr.T ) at least fo 2 days before your trip. (by phone or book at my office)

 

on email I reply twice a day for week day ( about 300 Mails per day)

and only once a day on weekend so please at least reserve before your trp like 2 or 3 days before

 

from the problem at the airport

I have miss some passenger at the airport (only less than 2-3 % a day) people talk about my driver not there

but from my side I also have to pay for parking fee , etc

I suggest to call me if can't see your name on the sign (it could take only 5 minutes)

most of people want to go back to the Airport

20 % from Airport to Pattaya.

80% from Pattaya to Airport or Bangkok

very difficult to do this but will try my best

I have a convention in Bangkok later this year (November), and may be looking to take a group of friends to Pattaya for some fun for a night.  Nothing definite yet (nor will it be for quite some time), but my guess is that we might want to book 2 mini-vans once we have a firm plan.

 

Is that something you might be able to do?

Can only agree with the guys, Nothing but good service received. Last trip had to change 2 bookings due to hotel changes and made a last minute reservation for early trip to airport on the way back. Booked my arrival of the 5th of May already at same time. Always speedy replies and apart from one time not been able to locate the driver (called MrT and they made sure the driver called me to locate him)  never had any troubles

Never had a problem yet, but i would suspect there are plenty who have.

 

When running a business involving drivers, cars, traffic there must be times when taxi does not turn up on time. If you have just got off a plane after a long flight and are looking forward to getting into Pattaya for a beer or something and the taxi is not there then you will be extremely pissed off.

A pissed off customer tells 10 others a happy customer tells one on average

Mr T has never let me down, use him all the time. Booked for Pattaya to Ko Chang (pier) 2700 each way. A great price. Never been late, never had a problem.
