Anyone ave experience booking tickets on this website? Did a search on Skyscanner.net for tickets Bkk to Tokyo and foudn they had the cheapest direct flights but never heard of them so wanted to be sure it was safe to book with them.

I saw that already on the Thai visa site but the info is inconclusive and also 1 year old and was looking for recent personal experience from PA members. Thanks.

I have used them a couple of times with flights from BKK to AMS. Not had any problems.

 

FYI they belong to BCD Holdings in the Netherlands, so if you had any problems you can go after them :-)

I am not sure if this is the same company but it seems like. I booked many tickets through this german website named cheaptickets.de (http://www.cheaptickets.de/) it is possible to switch the language to english on the top of the site. never had any trouble with this company so far.
