I just booked 2 tickets

LHR - BKK - Thai Airways

October and December (pre Xmas)

Cost online from all the search engines - £605

Call Southall and Net Flights - both quote £635 - then reduce to £627 and £630 when I query

I call Holiday Genie - they quote £635 also

me: But is says £605 online!!

them: Thats when you book it online Sir

me: But in the past I go through the entire booking process and form filling and it tells me its not available

them: I will stay on the phone with you Sir - try booking it

I fill in the forms

bingo - all confirmed @ £605 with a £4 option to protect the fare from airline increases and some ATOL shit - let them have it!

Within an hour both eTickets arrive and a quick call to Thai Airways to confirm they are both valid!!

Credit where credit is due - well done Holiday Genie!!

I have heard before that holiday genie is a good site to use!

It's always good to have a good review from a BM though, so thanks for giving us all another option when we look at getting our tickets!

Yea used holiday genie several times with no problems, what I cannot understand is difference between EVA £571 Thai £605 for flights sameish time days. Also kicking myself last Sunday Thai price with Genie came up as £572 and didn't book.
