Hi SB - if u check back a few pages on the "hotels" forum then u will find a series of detailed pluses and minuses...thanks to the OP as his photos of @Mind are first class.

I have stayed there, it wa  low season and good value. I did not use it in high season as too expensive. it is a well managed hotel with good facilities. It has a great locatin if you are interested in Soi 6. also close to the Jamieson Irish pPub at Nova park whic do good breakfasts, if you have not it included in your deal.

Very spacious and clean, Guest Friendly and only 50m walk from 2nd road to Soi 6 and to catch the 10bht bus  if going to Walking street at night.

I stayed there for one week in October last year. Had a good deal, and got upgraded on arrival. But I wouldn't go back: IMO the staff is too little service minded (they don't even say hello when you enter the lobby). The cleaning wasn't good, and often I had to ask staff several times to make up my room (the answer was: "Oh, sorry, we forget!). And the breakfast just sucks - disgusting!
