best options for 2-3 months in Jomtien?

hopefully, my next Jomtien jaunt will be for 2-3 months. any suggestions where is best to stay in terms of quality of accommodation & the price offered?.

Are you thinking of a room in a hotel/guest house or a short term condo rental? If I was coming for 3 months I think I would rent. Especially out of season. You would get some good deals. There are many agents, including www.dancewatchers.com on this forum, who could help I am sure.

There are many available in Jomtien.. Most are looking for 6 months or more contract. But they are many available for short term contract but pay little bit more than longer term. Look for Condo in Jomtien near the bahtbus route to Pattaya or you will be hiring Mototaxi .

From View Talay 1 you can get condo for that price. It is on baht bus route and Jomtien's Pattaya side, just before Thepasit road if you are coming from Pattaya.

 

View Talay 2 has little bit better location (closer to beach) but there you might have to pay 13-15k.

 

There are of course plenty of others places also, but those are the ones I know. Both have big swimming pools...

I stayed at View Talay Villa ,last October, 1 bed with very private pool, Kithchen. It was very quiet, Chicks loved the pool.

picked up some supplies at the 7-11 , water ,beer ,food because it had a kitchen ready to go. All round it was fun. But the price. 100.00 bucks a night.

Try Dancewatchers. They may have something at that price if you are paying for 3 months. Good people to book with.

try these guys. I am pretty sure they will have something that suits.  Something with a sea view would be nice for that length of time. Some will suggest the View Talays but they are huge monstrosities.

it is going to be difficult to find anything for 10k a month on a short term lease anywhere.
