It seems Cialis is the drug of choice for most goers, so I have a question..where do I buy it? Is it legit, or do they give you bunk stuff and label it as something else? What does it cost, etc.?

Go into almost any Pharmacy and ask for it by name ,you can get almost anything In pattaya Ciallis is a normal item

Go to a real drug store...they're several anywhere you go. Ask the phamacist. You'll have your choice between Cialis or Apcalis. They both have the same active ingredient: tadalafil. Apcalis (generic) is a lot cheaper. It will come in a box with 2 blister pack with 2 pills each and will cost somewhere between 500-1000 bt. You can bargain with them to get the price down--the more you buy the less the price.

 

You should start with a half a pill and see how it effects you. It will last about 36+hours. Possible side effects include stuffy nose, stiff neck, headache, and priapism--an erection lasting more than 4 hours, ... and an uncontrollable urge to have sex with Thai girls.

 

If you don't need it you shouldn't use it. Like most drugs, you can develop a psychological dependance on it. That being said, it is nice to feel like a teenage again.

On generic drugs:

 

Some pharmacies there sell two types of Cialis generic - apcalis, which was mentioned earlier, and megalis. Megalis is about twice as expensive as apcalis though both are considerably cheaper than genuine cialis.

 

Between the two generics I preferred megalis, despite the higher price tag. I don't know if the tadalfil mg count was higher, but my subjective perception was that megalis lasted longer, and was more effective than its cheaper counterpart.

 

Or maybe it was the girl I was with.

 

Seriously though - while your mileage may vary, I will plink down for the more expensive generic from now on. Have fun.
