I know a few of you have brought your girlfriends home for holidays and such but I would like to know whats the going rate for a visa if I was to go through one of those internet companies who will do all the leg work for me? I am looking for a tourist visa for the UK, anyone shed any light on this???

Seems all the info is for Europe and Australia.Is there anything about the USA requirements?It's probably so damn hard after 9/11 to get a fiancee visa for the States.Maybe that's why all the south americans don't bother getting papers but rather just wade across the Rio Grande from Mexico.It's a long walk from Thailand,ha ha

It is not hard - Just expensive and time consuming. If your Thai GF can prove that she has not worked in a bar during the last 10 years, and you have a genuine relationship, you can get a Visa.

 

I got my TW and her 2 children one in 6 months and 2 weeks.

Im at the moment getting registration with OSCIS as im operating from the UK now until i get this which which should be 4 weeks i cant do any applications. But i hope to get regulated shortly and il be up and running.

Hey Maggicman....I'm new to the site, so don't know if this will get through to you, but if you find a way to bring them home to the US I'd like to know..I'd like to bring one home for approx 6 months if possible..

I'm in the middle of the process for getting a fiancee visa in the states, with a reputable visa attorney in Bkk. The cost is $1695, plus $455 visa application fee and $300 medical fee, but is 100% guaranteed approval. It is impossible to get a tourist visa for your girl unless she's got serious cash in the bank. A fiancee visa is much easier, and you do not have to marry her. The visa is for 90 days and if you do not get married, it is not viewed negatively by the INS. Trust me. I work for them.
